Our Staff.....

Veterinarian:  Dr Steven H Hines

Dr Steve has been with us since 1987. His wife's name is June and he has 7 children, Tiffany(Jacob), Jordan (Senja), Ian, Janelle, Genevieve, Rianna & Trevor.  He has 1 dog named Jorg. When asked what he liked most about working here he said "It is never boring and never the same. It is always a challenge and always fullfilling to serve pet owners and their animals." When he is not working at the clinic he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Marylou Byers: Clinic Manager

She has been with us since 1994. Her and her husband Delmar have lived in this area pretty much their whole lives.  She has 2 children and 4 grandchildren.  She enjoys working here because she liks meeting people who take good care of their pets which hold a special place in her heart.  When not working at the clinic she enjoys reading and flower gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.  She has a boxer named Ruby and a cat named Gomer.

Gail Schwichtenberg: Staff Manager

She has been working with us since 2004. But has worked in the veterinary field before then.   She is an active member of of GRROW (Golden Ret Rescue of WI) She and her husband bob have 1 daughter and 2 sons, and 2 grandchilden.  She loves working with the clients and their pets.  She says they all make for a fun and interesting day. Also enjoys all the fellow co-workers that she works with.  When she is not at work, she enjoys playing with her dogs, gardening and doing with work GRROW.  She currently has 5 dogs (Bessy, Lucy,Benny, Uncle Miltie & Luigi).

Cheretee Brown:  Veterinarian Technician

She has been with us since 2004, but has worked in the veterinary field 9 years.  She currently does not have any children but does have a baby boy on the way!  She enjoys the team atmosphere here at the clinic, and enjoys working with the animals the most.  When not at work, she enjoys riding/showing her horses, shooting trap, taking her dogs for walks and spending time with family and friends.  Currently she is the owner of 2 dogs (Charlie & Ziggy), 2 cats (Jeters & Sammy, and 2 horses (Taz & Telley).

Jennifer Dillman: Veterinary Technician

She has been with us since 2007. She and her husband Tom have lived in the Westfield area pretty much their whole lives.  She has two daughters, Kayla and McKenna.  She really enjoys working with the animals and their owners.  She enjoys working with her fellow co-workers as well. When not at work she enjoys riding bike, going for walks, camping, golfing and bowling, but most of all spending time with family & friends.  Currently she has a boxer named Bailey and Springer Spaniel named Toby.

Jessica Henke: Certified Veterinary Technician

Has been with us since 2005.  She recieved her certification in 2008.  She says the thing she enjoys working her because everyone works as a team to save and help the animals. She enjoys assisting in surgeries and educating clients about all types of topics. Her passion is helping the animals and that here at the clinic allows her the greatest opportunity to share that with clients.  When not at work she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Jarrad and also barrel racing, rodeo, scuba diving, gardening and camping. Currently she has 2 dog (Rodeo & Alley), 1 cat (Snooze), and 3 horses (Hanna, Daisy, & Tia). 

Amanda Drew: Veterinary Assistant

 Has been with us since the summer of 2009. The things that she likes best about working here is helping and assisting the vet with the care of the patients. She says that she enjoys the fellow employees that work here as well.  When she is not here working, she enjoys taking walks with her family, and dog (Sophie), watching movies, reading books and hanging out with friends. 

Krystal Weishaar:  Vet Assistant

Has been with us since the summer of 2010. She was one of our scholarship winners that year.  She enjoys getting to see tons of adorable animals and interesting cases here at the clinic. Loves the fact that she is learning a lot about her prospective career.  When she is not working here at the clinic she says she enjoys spending time and caring for her own animals which consist of 1 dog (Sweetie), 6 cats, 2 horses (Scarlet & Ribbon).
